"I'll do the work, don't worry."
Leon smiled.
"Come with me."
Edwin said no more and quickly led Leon into the underground prison.
Inside the prison, in a relatively clean cell, a crucible had already been placed.
“If you fail and die in prison, it will be very difficult for me.”
Edwin smiled.
"If I die or go insane, just go to Leon immediately, he'll take care of it."
"Leon joked."
"Wouldn't that expose my ability to have connections with four different families?"
Edwin also made a sarcastic remark.
"Alas, you flatter me. Whether it is my father, my uncle, my brother, or myself, we all share the same surname, Hoyle."
Leon corrected.
"Haha, okay, good luck."
Edwin said no more and left.
Aspiring to become a demigod of the Demon Blade Master class...
Leon gritted his teeth and began mixing the ingredients.
Guberland, Hayden County.
"Miss, you are back!"
"Mr. James, is my father home?"
"The Marquis has not returned to his residence these past few days."
"What is he doing?"
"I don't know. Who is this young lady?"
"My friend is staying with me for a few days. Could you please arrange a suitable guest room for her?"
"Yes, miss."
Helena followed Hazel into Hayden House.
The two sat down in the waiting room.
"Helena, would you like something to drink? Coffee?"
Heyr smiled.
"No need... juice is fine, orange juice is fine."
Helena replied, "I'm not really used to coffee."
"okay."
Hazel quickly heated up a glass of juice for Helena, and then made herself a cup of coffee.
They used the fast teleportation channel of Yiling City, which is why they were able to return to Guberlan so quickly within five days. As for why the Yiling City government helped them, it's because the current mayor of Yiling City was originally from Hayden Prefecture.
"Hayor, when you came back, did you notice that Guberlan was decorated with lanterns and colorful decorations everywhere? What are they doing? It seems like they're about to discover some great joy?"
Helena took the juice from Hazel, took a small sip, and said...
"I don't know, I just got back too."
Hazel smiled slightly, just as her butler James arrived.
"Mr. James, has something wonderful happened in Guberlan?"
Hazel turned her head to look at James and asked.
"I suppose so. The prince's wedding will be held the day after tomorrow."
James said succinctly.
"A prince's wedding? Leon is getting married so soon?"
Helena asked curiously.
"No, it's not Prince Leon."
James looked at Helena and smiled.
"Who else could it be? The empire seems to only have... two princes."
Helena suddenly felt uneasy.
"Yes, so it's Leon."
James laughed.
boom.
The sound of the glass rolling down the table and shattering on the floor.
Chapter Thirty-Six: Let's Break Up
West Wing of the Royal Palace, Caesar's office.
"His Majesty."
Hibbert, Lev, and Bazel bowed in unison.
"How are things going?"
Caesar asked.
"Your Majesty, it's basically finished."
Hibbett replied.
"Alright, you may all leave."
"Okay, Your Majesty."
After the Third Duke left, Bancroft went back into his office.
"Your Majesty, I have captured the Dragon Princess."
Bancroft began.
“Okay, she’ll be temporarily confined to the church.”
Caesar was unhurried.
“The Dragon Court must be in a real hurry right now.”
Bancroft said, "Perhaps they will be the first to start a war."
"Isn't that great? In this way, we are fighting a just war against the invasion."
Caesar gave a half-smile.
What is the church's attitude?
Caesar asked.
"The Church naturally supports His Majesty."
Bancroft replied, "The twelve angels will intervene, but the dragons have twenty-four dragon kings."
"It doesn't matter. You don't need to defeat those stupid dragons. You just need to hold them off. Leave the rest to me."
Caesar smiled.
"Then—may Your Majesty prosper."
Bancroft gave a slight bow and then left.
On the tall watchtowers of the western section of the palace,
Leon stood by the guardrail, gazing at the gate leading to the west exit.
His brow furrowed as he watched the Third Duke and Bancroft leave one after the other.
"Brother, what a coincidence, you're here too."
A familiar voice rang out, and Leon turned around to see Leon. Leon had grown taller; before, he only reached Leon's mouth, but now he reached Leon's ears, making him look even more upright and handsome.
Leon was not surprised by this; he had already heard the footsteps coming upstairs and guessed that it was Leon.
"This is the tallest watchtower in the entire Guberlan. From here, you can see the entire palace and most of the city of Guberlan."
Before Leon could respond, Leon had already walked quickly to Leon's side, placed his hands on the railing, and looked down.
"Yes."
Leon replied, "This city is quite polluted, but it's still pretty beautiful, isn't it?"
"Yes, it is quite beautiful. Humans are amazing; they can easily create prosperity when they come together."
Leon smiled, then changed the subject, "Brother, you didn't come here just to see the scenery, did you?"
"Why would you think that? I just came to see the scenery."
Leon smiled.
"Oh, then take a look around. After all, who knows what Guberlan will be like tomorrow?"
Leon turned his head to look at Leon and smiled slightly.
"Just say what you have to say."
Leon stared at Leon's cunning eyes.
"Rosen's knights were transferred to the western battlefield a few days ago. Hebrew is on his way to Peace Town now. Brother, do you still want to see the scenery?"
Leon laughed, noting that he also had cute canine teeth, but to Leon, they looked more like fangs.
"What did you do?"
Leon was slightly taken aback, then suppressed his anger.
"right."
Leon laughed.
"Ah."
Leon snorted coldly, then quickly left.
"Brother, you shouldn't have become my enemy."
Leon fiddled with a coin that had somehow appeared between his fingers, muttering to himself.
Inside the tower's staircase, Leon, who was going down the stairs, bumped into a girl who was going up the stairs.
"It's you?"
Leon and the girl stopped in their tracks at the same time.
The two had met before, in Wolong's little wooden house; she was Wolong's blonde female student.
What are you doing in the palace?
Leon asked the question first.
"Why can't I come to the palace?"
The girl countered with a question.
"Yes, of course, you're very welcome. Feel free to come visit me anytime; I live in the East District."
Leon smiled. "May I ask how I should address you, young lady?"
"Lilitta, forget about playing."
Lilita answered.
