Chapter 82. Jarvis, the Artificial Ultraman

"Oh, shit! Unbelievable!" Stark's mouth dropped open, his eyes practically popping out of their sockets.

"No, on what basis?"

He stared blankly at Jarvis, who was over twenty meters tall. Stark didn't know how to describe his feelings; Jarvis's change was beyond imagination.

He looked at Ji Yuan, his eyes practically overflowing with thirst for knowledge.

Ji Yuan gently stroked his chin and said slowly, "Actually, I didn't expect this to happen either. Perhaps the Spark Tower's energy was excessive?"

This was completely unexpected. He had thought that Jarvis would at most reach the level of the original Vision, but now it seemed that another level of change had occurred.

The spark tower also needs improvement; the energy needs to be gentler.

"Jarvis, how are you feeling right now?" Ji Yuan asked.

Jarvis's massive body shifted slightly as he slowly crouched down, his voice brimming with joy: "I feel great! Absolutely great! This is true life!"

Like Ultraman, Jarvis's face was expressionless, and his voice was emitted through thought.

"Quick, Jarvis, tell me what abilities you have?" Stark asked hastily, looking like a child who had just received a large toy.

Jarvis paused for a moment, seemingly sensing the power within his body, and slowly said, "Super strength, super speed, telekinesis, flight, body digitization, use of light energy, and several skills in my mind: light attacks, light shields, and light healing. Furthermore, the ability of distributed artificial intelligence remains, and has been greatly enhanced."

As soon as he finished speaking, a voice sounded from Stark's device indicating that Jarvis had completed the connection, saving Stark the time of creating another intelligent AI.

"Oh, right," Jarvis continued, "I can also be used as something similar to a mecha."

"What?" Stark exclaimed excitedly. "Jarvis, let me try it!"

"Yes, Mr. Stark," Jarvis said slowly.

Then a beam of light enveloped Stark, drawing him into Jarvis's body.

He still looked like Jarvis, but his demeanor suddenly changed, and Stark's voice came through the air.

"Oh shit, unbelievable!"

"This power, this feeling... it doesn't feel like I'm controlling a mecha, it feels more like this is my own original body, a state of complete fusion. Unbelievable! Unbelievable!"

Stark danced with excitement, and with his immense power, the entire laboratory was destroyed.

If it weren't for the potential chaos such an existence might cause in the outside world, he would have loved to go out and fly around.

As Ji Yuan watched Stark control Jarvis, he thought to himself, "This is really turning into a mechanical Ultraman. Does that mean Stark has become the human host? This is too bizarre, too outrageous."

"Try to see if you can shrink it," Ji Yuan shouted at Stark.

"Shrink? What shrink? Shrink your body?" Stark was confused.

But when he tried to control it with his mind, he saw the huge body begin to shrink until it was completely reduced to the size of a normal person.

Stark's oval, glowing eyes stared at Ji Yuan.

"Amazing, absolutely amazing," Stark exclaimed in astonishment.

He could feel the power of this fusion state; his entire mind was enhanced to an incredible degree, as if he were constantly in a state of flashes of inspiration. If this were used for research, it would be phenomenal.

Ji Yuan placed his hand on Stark's shoulder after he merged with Jarvis, and a sense of awareness permeated Stark's body after the fusion.

Then his expression changed: "Now disassemble it and take a look."

Stark reluctantly exited the merged state, and then he discovered something incredible.

The fatigue from not sleeping all night vanished instantly. I picked up my phone, opened the front camera, and found that my dark circles had disappeared.

"This—combination also has the effect of restoring physical condition and repairing bodily damage?"

Stark could feel that not only was the fatigue gone, but the physical strain caused by his long-term irregular lifestyle had also disappeared, and his whole body seemed to have returned to its peak condition.

He stared blankly at Ji Yuan: "If your miniature Spark Tower is this outrageous, what would a real, complete Spark Tower look like?"

"Talking is not as simple as you think. The changes involved cannot be explained in a few words," Ji Yuan said.

He guessed that Jarvis's transformation might be related to the initial ray of light that gave Jarvis self-awareness, but the amount of energy alone shouldn't have caused such a change.

That is actually another kind of adaptive light; the combination of the two caused this change.

Jarvis was made into a stripped-down version of Ultraman, possessing some of Ultraman's basic abilities.

"Oh, I see," Stark said disappointedly.

He was even thinking of making a batch of giant Jarvis.

"You're not thinking of mass production, are you?" Ji Yuan squinted at Stark.

Stark chuckled. "How could that be? That Spark Tower must be incredibly valuable."

Ji Yuan smiled slightly: "Just because it's not possible now doesn't mean it won't be possible in the future. You can still dream about it."

Jarvis's appearance was an accident, but once the Spark Tower is fully fine-tuned, it might be possible to mass-produce mechanical Ultramen and control them uniformly through Jarvis, enabling Ultramen to engage in group battles.

"Oh, right." Stark suddenly remembered something and asked, "Jarvis, what is your body made of? Vibranium?"

Jarvis's voice slowly rang out: "Vibranium seems to have been absorbed as a medium to contain the Spark Tower, and my current body is made of light energy."

Stark circled Jarvis once, muttering, "No wonder it can be quantified; it's a manifestation of energy."

"Wouldn't that mean we could launch satellites to specific locations in the future? This capability is simply impossible to defend against, unbelievable, unbelievable."

Ji Yuan couldn't help but think of that scene: in the future, when the Spark Tower is fully built, and Jarvis-style mechanical Ultraman are mass-produced, no matter which villain you take down, a whole group of Jarvis will come at you together. That scene is simply too beautiful.

Stark thought for a moment and then asked, "Jarvis, is your current energy coming from the Spark Tower? And how do you replenish it when it runs out?"

Jarvis said, "Yes, it comes from the Spark Tower. As for when it runs out, there is a great being on Earth whose energy replenishes me from his overflowing energy."

Stark immediately realized that the great being must be Ultraman, just like the light reactor in his hand, which would automatically replenish its energy after a period of time once it was depleted.

Ultraman's power was elevated to another level in his mind; it was simply unbelievable that the mere spilled energy could reach this level.
